Hello
Hi, I’m Kelly! I help individuals create lasting, holistic lifestyle changes that naturally support their overall health and well-being. As both an Occupational Therapist and a Wellness Educator, I bring a balanced, real-world approach to healthy living — one that fits into everyday life.

I’m also a busy mom of two energetic kids (and one lovable fur-baby!), so I understand the juggle of family, work, and self-care. When I’m not at the rink cheering on my kids, you’ll likely find me in the garden, flowing through a yoga session, or relaxing with a good book and a glass of essential oil–infused sparkling water. I’m happiest outdoors — soaking up the sunshine, hiking with my pup, or spending time with family and friends at a backyard BBQ or on our annual camping trips.

My greatest inspiration is my family — they fuel my passion to not only live a wellness-driven life but to share that vision with others. I believe in empowering this generation (and the next!) to embrace holistic health in a way that’s joyful, sustainable, and deeply rewarding.
My Story
In the fall of 2005, my life changed with three words no one ever wants to hear: You have cancer. I was 23 years old, living in one of the happiest seasons of my life — I had just moved to Vancouver and started the Master of Occupational Therapy program at UBC. Cancer wasn’t unfamiliar to my family, but I felt too young, too healthy, and too full of plans for this to be my reality.

Still, I was determined not to let it define me or derail the path I had worked so hard to be on. Midway through my program, in 2006, I was involved in a car accident that left me emotionally shaken and diagnosed with PTSD. I quickly realized that while medical care was essential, healing also required something more — a more holistic, proactive approach to my overall well-being. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong journey toward comprehensive wellness.

A few years later, I married the love of my life on a beach in Maui — the same year I was officially declared cancer-free. When we welcomed our two children in 2012 and 2014, everything shifted. I felt a fierce responsibility to protect their health in the ways I could control. I began to dive deeper into the why behind my experiences. While there was a known genetic component to my cancer, I became increasingly drawn to the science of epigenetics — and the powerful role our daily choices play in shaping our health outcomes.

From that point on, I became intentional about what we brought into our bodies, onto our skin, and into our home. I researched everything — food, supplements, cleaning products, skincare — and realized that many of the conventional products we’re sold are doing more harm than good. I knew there had to be a better way.

In 2016, I was introduced to doTERRA. I had already been using essential oils as part of our natural wellness routine, but I was initially skeptical about trying a new brand. That skepticism quickly faded when I experienced the difference. These oils became an essential part of reducing our family’s toxic load and supporting our health in a powerful, natural way. They’ve replaced countless over-the-counter products in our home, and I now have an effective, trusted toolkit I can turn to — and safely use — for daily wellness and everyday challenges.

What began as a personal solution became something much bigger: a way to educate and empower others. doTERRA became a platform for sharing what I had learned and experienced, offering others the tools and knowledge they needed to feel confident in caring for their own health.

While I continue to work as an Occupational Therapist, I’ve spent the past two decades diving deep into all aspects of health and wellness — including nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, reducing toxic load, and self-care. We live this as a family, finding joy in growing our own food, playing hockey (yes, even me!), exploring nature, practicing yoga, and cultivating daily gratitude. Teaching my children to understand and care for both their physical and emotional health is one of the greatest gifts I can offer them.

Today, I’m on a mission to empower individuals and families to take an active role in their own health journeys — not through fear, but through knowledge, small daily choices, and a holistic approach that supports lasting change. Every story is unique. Every journey is personal. And I’m here to walk alongside you — helping you move toward a life of greater energy, clarity, and well-being.
